Chairman of Zhejiang Dinson Holding Company Limited, Chen Shangsong, has reaffirmed Tsingshang Group’s strong confidence in Zimbabwe as a viable investment destination.
Speaking at the official opening of the Iron and Steel Indaba in Kwekwe by President Emmerson Mnangagwa he emphasized the importance of the Manhize steel project as a testament to the country’s potential.
“I have unwavering confidence in Zimbabwe and would like to demonstrate to the world that Zimbabwe is indeed a safe investment destination,” he said.
He said the Manhize steel project is indicative of the leadership of the Second Republic under President Mnangagwa, which is focused on achieving the vision of becoming a middle-income economy by 2030.
He expressed the commitment of Tsingshang Group to social responsibility as a responsible corporate citizen.
“We will always uphold a high sense of social responsibility towards our community. We are committed to supporting the community not only by offering employment but also by uplifting their various relations,” he added.
